for the past couple weeks of this project, I've been working with a girl that irritates me very much. At the North Olmsted store, someone had created a sign in Word and posted it in the hub (break room) informing the employees that there were to be no time off requests on inventory day. The person that made the sign made it say "request off's." This irritated me, so I took my pen, corrected it and made it say "time off requests."

I got my extra OT. I made it to North O by 11:30 and worked 'till 7:30am.

By the time all is said and done this weekend, I'm anticipating a combined total of about 75 work hours between the two jobs.

P.S. I unintentionally picked a pretty lame area in Terror Island, and my only strategy as of now is to chase people with a tree. It totally rocks!

Apparently ESD has turned our 7:00-9:00 Dress rehearsal into a 8:30-10:00 event. If This puts us into full makeup, there may be no extra OT for me tonight...

sad...

If it weren't for the fact that my team is totally f-ed on this project (and the fact that I'll be pulling almost $20/hr) I wouldn't even consider skipping going out night in Sandusky to go into work on an already approved day off.

I haven't told my boss yet though, so I still have time to decide. :-)

Every now and then, I turn into a crazy person and decide to do way too much with myself. Right now is one of those times. we're pulling some crazy hours at work and have even been consistently hitting overtime. I am taking some online classes and I've also picked up a second job as a screamster at Cedar Point ( Read more... )

I got a crazy bad sunburn over the weekend and my face has been peeling off for the past two days... gross
