I'm taking medicine and I'm still sick!

I got sick right before thanksgiving again and so I had to start taking medicine again. I've been taking it very carefully and making sure I take all of them, but today I woke up and was very sick! I couldn't go to work and I had a fever earlier so that sucks. I shouldn't be getting sick if I'm on meds and so my mom says if I'm not better tomorroe
