It's kind of funny, actually. Ever since I moved out of my parents house, I've had this goal that someday I would have $10,000 to my name. To some that is measly, to some that's immense, but to me it's always been this dollar amount that I know would make feel financially secure... should anything come up, I would be able to take care of it ( Read more... )

Oh my goodness. That's such an unrealistic amount of money to me... someday, I'll see it... and without a negative sign in front of it.

:/ Yeah, depending on where you are it can seem like a lot. But, you can put it in perspective when I tell you that I have a problem with my sewer pipe and I was told it'll probably be 5k (up to 7k) to fix it... well, there ya go. The joys of home ownership.
