Well, the 360 definitely has the lead. This is going to be a very interesting generation for gaming. So much speculation, but in reality, you really can't guess the outcome. Personally, I would like to see both the Wii and the PS3 succeed. I hope Nintendo has a stronger run this time around.

In the end...we'll see!

Pretty cool. 360 has quite a head start, but things should even out by the holiday season. I'm still fairly certain that PS3 will win out in the long run, but Wii could be ahead by Xmas if Nintendo advertises enough.

PS3 won't make an emergance till it ahs one killer app. So we are looking at either DMC4 or MGS4. It's going to fall behind badly for a year due to hardware availability issues and lack of games (We're looking at PSP vs DS all over again. Only as of Recent with the release a of several titles has PSP become a gaming option. Until, that point, only techies and people needing vindication bought it and did little to nothing with it.).

To honest, Sony the company needs a kick square in the junk to give them a wake up call that their business style sucks. Proprietary control my ass. Free it up and run with heavily supported formats.

This is a long and arduous debate I don't have time for right now, if you want to continue, respond and I'll answer this later when I get home.

Yeah, the PS3 is their Hail Mary play. If it doesn't do well, (which from the looks of the market atm, it won't) the whole company might go under.
