So J-me has been getting me to the Gym alot lately and its helping out my running alot. I can know run a 25:15 for 3 miles again on a treadmill. That's pretty good. My aches everyday but not to much I just deal with it( BIG $$$ army disability. I made cookies for

I've been trying to get the fast walking thing down before I start running. Since the weather has been cool lately I've taken to walking around Maryland Farms during breaks at work. I have lost 2 more pounds since starting last week. I have to admit though, I'd trade a walk around Maryland Farms for some of your cookies...you'll have to send me some for Yule...or anytime you really want to :-)

I couldn't do all this training without you baby! Thanks for being my coach, my champion, and my friend. *hugs* I know all this extra exercise is not fun for you but at least the bright side is that when you go up for your next PT test (hopefully BEFORE your packet goes to the E7 board) that your score will reflect the soldier that you are instead of your injuries!
