1. "Organization" is often spelled with an "s" instead of a "z" in Great Britain. Neither spelling is "wrong."

2. I suppose that a more grammatically correct phrase would be: "...stop people FROM dropping out..." but again, I have seen this preposition omitted in Britain.

3. The irony perhaps? The fact that Kanye West IS the "dropout" par excellence?

Hmmm...This would be a good post for the Grammar Whores community.

Their organiZation is based in America; therefore, they should spell it the AMERICAN way.

ALSO, it is completely grammatically INcorrect to omit the word FROM. There should probably also be a THE in front of the word chairwoman. If they do not use a THE, then they should probably capitalize the word Chairwoman.
