I will probably snail mail it in printed form - I may self-publish it when it is edited and all said and done.

When I send it I will dispatch a little care parcel with all kinds of stuff in it.

I have been good mostly - although work honestly takes time away from things I would rather being doing. I wish you were doing better...I am just glad you stay in touch via lj. I think I have posted my number before...feel free to drop me a line sometime...
