The yeast was pitched a bit after 2:00pm, at 7:00 the fermentation was moving very very slow and the Rosemary, Marjoram and Parsley are floating at the top looking very dangerous.

Also, mods, could we add the words Cider, Mead, Beer, and Wine to the list of possible tags. I can only use existing tags in my posts.

Definitely sounds like this could be an interesting beverage. You should have called us though, we have a couple different types of yeast here still. Of course, I don't know how long they last, and these were packets bought back right before Aiden was born.

I'll keep that in mind, the yeast will need to be coddled a bit but should be good for a couple years.
