Mukuro made sure he was limber by running through some light exercises before he started off for their appointed fight. His clothes all fitted him well and wouldn't get in the way; the earring that was the new form of his Vongola ring swayed from his earlobe as he approached the training hall where his opponent waited. The decision to go through with the upgrade had been a good idea, he thinks now, and he'd used the past few days to accustom himself to how it worked and the extent of its power.
When he appeared in the doorway to the room and saw Hibari waiting, he smiled. The urge to quip some Shakespeare or other literacy was strong but he settled for a simple, "Ciao, Hibari Kyouya," savouring the syllables much like he savoured the promising fight ahead.
Hibari smirked at the sight of Mukuro, pushing himself off the wall. "Rokudo Mukuro. Ready to get beaten?" Because he was damn well not going to lose this fight.
"No," he drawled in return, sauntering in and positioning himself a distance opposite the other man. His trident took form in his right hand, standing beside him as he smirked at his opponent. Already he could feel his blood pumping from the anticipation. "I don't intend to be beaten."
"Too bad you don't exactly get a choice." The bracelet flashed with purple fire at his wrist, the long jacket forming about him as his hands grasped the tonfas. Roll squeed at his shoulder before floating out into the air, ready for the combat ahead.
A brief smirk was all the warning Mukuro got before Hibari shot forward.
