Yesterday in the mail I got a flyer advertising the USENIX Security Symposium. I wondered how the techspammers had gotten my new mailing address so soon, since I hadn't bought any hardware since I moved or anything. Aha! The reason was that it was addressed to a previous resident whose mail-forwarding order had apparently expired
