snow storm with the plants still thinking that had time

this is my walk home from the Library the other day. A little over 24 hours before the snow storm came in. it's was nice 68 degrees.  Then the winds shifted across Lake Erie to the north west, the temper drop to 30 degrees, and that doesn't include wind-chill factor as well. that kick up Lake Erie snow machine. we got about 4 iches of snow an we ( Read more... )

wow...we have none of the snow but all the plants changed color along time ago. you are lucky to still have some color. but the snow...I live about an hour north of lake erie. I grew up close to lake erie (long point). wild weather comes off that lake.

Well I grew right by the Lake Erie. I never thought about the snow and weather changed until moved state Connecticut. They get inch of snow or so an the school close business shut down. They take forever to plow the street. When they had more then 2 to3 inches of snow. Ones just don’t go any ware for the power out and everything closed. Back home that just another snow storm and plows cleared the street in a few hours. Powers vary seldom goes out here.

Well it has been a warm autumn that for sure. But it’s back to the normal here winter time.
