Of course, Alex is hardly more than a kid. (When did people ten years younger than Denny start being old enough to be doctors?) Alex still new at the game, and he can be forgiven for still thinking of it as a game -- this dance between men and women. Not that Denny's going to forgive him for that; anybody who's had the luck to touch Izzie, even once, is able to take care of himself.
