Verizon wireless will not let you put in bad coverage information without using a land line to contact them. In other words, if you don't have access to a land line during non work time, you can't report that their cell coverage sucks

K, that's really fucked up. Did you try calling back or asking for a supervisor?

Yeah, Verizon has some silly assumptions regarding land line usage. We couldn't attach our FIOS bill to our cell bill and just pay one bill because they have an assumption in the system that there will be a landline to bind them to.
