Successfully made fish chowdah (this is how we say it in maine ;) ). I didn't have thyme like i thought I did, so I used tarragon, which Google said would replace it all right; it did, but it gave it kind of a strange sweet flavor. It's still pretty good though. Next time I'll skip the perch and only use tilapia.

It's so dang hard to find a good haddock to use in the chowdah down heah, isn't it??

Oh my god I KNOW! I had to use fish that was FROZEN and *still* cost too much!
