1. Where do you get the download links?
I usually browse Taringa (http://www.taringa.net), download the files myself to check them and later I just re-post them here. When the links are down, I need to re-download newer ones, but I barely have time for that. If you speak spanish or are friendly with online translators, you can search for links yourself over there :)
2. I downloaded and installed your sims, but I can't find them at the game
Once you installed the .package files, launch the game, create a new family and create a new sim. Look for a button that's called "sim drawers" or something similar (can't think of a better translation). Your installed sims must be there.
Other option might be just using the faces. Select a skin tone and the downloaded sims will appear as a default face option. Now you just need to custom their clothing and such.
3. It says I don't have the required expansion packs
You don't need to have any expansion packs installed. I've got University, NL, OFB, Pets, Seasons, FreeTime and Apartment Life. If you have any problem while installing, just download the CleanPackInstaller and install afterwards.
If you already did it and you still can't, I'm afraid I can't really help you.
4. Are these sims compatible with The Sims 3?
Not at all.
5.Are you planning on designing sims for The Sims 3?
Not really. I don't quite like the style of The Sims 3, they look fugly imho.
6. Some content of the sim is missing!
Please check the included content specifications before downloading. Some content it's just impossible to include and you must download it separately (for example; Russia's scarf, Austria's glasses or Hungary's flower).
7. Can I use these sims for a project (youtube video, strips, etc)?
Of course you can, but please credit back. Not because of any kind of egocentric bullshit, but just to spread the information so people can download them too.
8. Are you going to upload EVER AGAIN?
I am not making any new sims at the moment. I got my computer formatted two years ago and changed the OS to Windows 7 (from Vista). I never really got time to re-download and re-installing anything. I do have a back up of all the sims I already had (nordic and asian countries) and I'm on it.
