well if you start with a bag of cole slaw that cuts a lot of prep time off-
I had left over rotisserie chicken already pulled off the bird and stored for possible chicken salad, so I used my mini food processor to dice it (well shred it really)
Then it goes together fast, the rolling takes a little time to get the hang of but then you get pretty fast 18 egg rolls took me maybe 5 minutes to roll.
Then its bake time. I would say it was worth the prep. Everyone ate them cold for snacks out of the fridge and they were gone in a day or 2.
