i just went through this. it's terrible.

but you aren't dying. you will come out stronger and better. the one thing that i had to keep telling myself over and over is that no matter how much i love/d chris [it's hard because in some ways i still love him though i would never ever be with him again, even if he did change...sigh...], if he is the kind of person that could put me through what he put me through, he is not someone i want to be with. you deserve a loyal and caring woman, someone who will never cheat on you. i am so sorry.

hang in there and remember that you can survive this. hearts are mendable. i know that seems like a load of crap right now, but i promise you, you will heal. i love you.
