Something's wrong. Last night was the second in a row that I spent tossing and turning without ever falling completely asleep. It's not an anxiety thing or anything, I just can't seem to get the brain to stop flitting around and just go to sleep. Gonna start trying warm milk before bedtime or something

Had the same problem a month or 2 ago, with the overactive thinking keeping me from sleeping... I'd suggest opening the window, letting the cooler air in, and maybe some meditation breathing exercises, calm down and focus on NOT thinking about all those new ideas.
Jogging before bed helps too
