i feel like i am back in elementary school. i just checked on my school's website and school is cancelled because of snow!! whoo-hooo. i didn't think that i would get to have that giddy, jumping jacks in your stomach, snow day feeling ever again. but school is out

its a middle management saying. if you have time to lean. you have time to clean. meaning if you have time to do nothing then you have time to clean.

It's also something the military is fond of saying. Nothing to do? No ya don't! There's toilets that need scrubbing! Boots that need polishing! Lint traps that need vacuuming! Leaves to rake! Floors to mop! Etc. You NEVER run out of things to do there. :D
