What the heck?! Wow.

First of all, what made her leave the Baptist church is that she didn't like the teaching that God is a "jealous" God because it didn't coincide with God being a God of Love. Ummm... Jealousy absolutely reinforces that God is love! He is jealous of us because he wants us to be in the Kingdom of Heaven with Him!

That's sad that so many people are being deceived. But hey, isn't that what the biggest problem of the end times is? deception? ayy...

there are some interesting points raised, and i certainly understand how mainstream christianity would feel threatened by the dissemination of the idea that 'god is not a belief, god just is.'

but there are several points where this clip becomes little more than damaging propaganda. one of which, the citing of the 'don't drink the kool-aid: oprah, obama and the occult' book, would elicit the same response in christians as 'don't drink he kool-aid: the history of christianity and oppression.' in other words, grossly simplifying and generalizing denies people to see both the good and bad equally.

I agree with you.

The evidence that this is a church that is persuading the masses is legitimate. Their data is good. The conclusions they draw are definitely slanted (which makes this source appear less credible), but I agree that this is a big deal and Oprah is deceiving Christians into believing New Age ideology.

The end times are coming. Fo shizzle.
