Today was a fantastic day.

In short, Lisa and I went to Berkeley, hung out and had dinner with David, and had a “scenic” drive on the way back, with several detours and stops along the way.

So my day started with my alarm going off at 6:40 AM and Lisa giving a confirmation call at 6:45 to make sure I was awake and preparing to meet her in the gym.

wow so I know there was a bunch I was planning on saying but that was a REALLY long entry (like ME long, lol) and I'm about to be late for a meeting, but the only thing I really remember now is that at one part you wrote "so I gave Lisa a ring" or something and my first thought was, wait, a ring?!?!?!?!?! And then I realized you meant like a ring through the telephone. lololololol. Glad you guys had a good time and I know God will lead you to where He wants you to be!

Ya I was aware that giving Lisa "a ring" might cause temporary confusion for the reader, but in the context you can quickly figure it out :).

The golden gate did look like a stairway to heaven.....so ethereal..

aha! I just remembered something I was going to say before. Gay marriage was legalized???!!! guess I wasn't the only one out of the loop. Yes, there is internet here the staff can access but it's EXTREMELY slow and annoying and hard to find a time when other people aren't on it. Mostly I just don't bother. I only check about once or twice a week now, usually on my day off. Talk about breaking a habit the hard way! lol.
