ok its 4:00am now and i was just out for a smoke(3:45) when something caught my eye. it was a bright light beneith the clouds....i dont mean a small patch of clear sky i mean where the clouds were..... it wasnt a plane because it would have fadded into the clouds.....but every time the light fadded a little it seemed to jump to a different place

Hey Dan, what was in that smoke of yours? lol. j/k j/k It could have been a spotlight. The one around here creeped me out one night cause we weren't too sure what it was. But it was just a spotlight, and it was doing the same thing you just said.
