life is really confusing me right now. well, not so much life but things i need to do. there is some unexplained phenomena afoot

that happened to my effing butler e-mail last week. i had to "submit a work order" to get my password changed (even though i knew what it had been, and then the system wouldn't let me in? wtf?)... on a friday. then i had to wait until next week for them to leave me 3 messages in one day (seriously, i'm at school... what do they expect?), so that i could call back to confirm the work order. they proceeded to keep the goose chase up for like 4 days.

i seriously feel for you.
