I thought I would share what we did for our son's Plants vs Zombie party since there is currently no official stuff right now. :(
Invitations:
On the gravestone in paint we wrote what, when, where. I forogt to make an rsvp spot!
Decorations:
We had my cousin make plants (she can whip like 5 out per a minute!) and then we glued them to some wood and staked them in our gardens.
We also made the brain flags with the make your own flags that we had previosuly ordered for a pirate party:
http://www.orientaltrading.com/diy-mini-flags-a2-48_3088-12-1.fltr?Ntt=flag%20craft -could be easier to just make them out of white fabric!
Balloons were red balloons with the mad faces drawn on and a lamenated balloon zombie hanging from it. I forgot to take a picture of the balloons!!
Snow Pea shooter in a pot. My friend made this guy! I think he took a part a fake plant and glued on the Snow Pea he made:
Bungee zombie on our roof with some pots:
There were also other random plants from the came taped around the yard.
The drink area had water related plants (my 6 year old daughter drew the Lily pad and Cattails)
My brother and my sister-in-law bought me this guy for MY birthday so we had him out hanging around. He lost an arm by the end of the party... :(
Games:
Magnet-shroom
The goal of this game is to use the Magnet-shroom to get the metal objects from the zombies.
I printed 3 pictures of each of the objects in the game that the Magnet pulls off.
What you need:
-magnets
-pictures of the objects:
-contact paper or a laminator
-string (i used shoe laces)
- a stick or dowel to hang the string/magnet from.
-a container to put the objects in if you want
-pictures of the Magnet-shroom to put on the dowls/container if you want.
1. Tape the magnet to one end of the string and tape the other end of the string to the dowel/stick.
2. cut out the objects and cut out a piece of magnet to tape to the object and cover with contact paper.
This is the container we used. The objects were in there and then the kids had to go "fishing" for the objects.
Fume-shroom
The goal of this game is to be the first one to get to the line on the container (beat the screendoor zombie).
what you need:
-a screen
-2 containers to catch the water (I used some trail mix containers I had).
-2 spray bottles filled with water or 2 big sponges and buckets filled with water
The 2 containers go on the back of the screen and 2 people go on the other side and either spray as fast as they can or squish the sponges.
1st one who fills the containers/fill to a certain point wins! (winners got to pick out a sticker)
Peashooter
There were 3 different was to play this game.
1. Throw the ball in the target (we used green/blue ball pit balls).
2. My husband made a peashooter and you had to squish him to get the ping pong ball out:
Before it was covered in duct tape.
3. My husband made a Peashooter to blow the ping pong ball out with
It was made with a cut up soda bottle, a paper towel roll, and green duct tape.
The two ways my husband made were a little hard for the kids.
While typing up this post I saw that ehow already as a plan on making peashooters! Somewhat similar to ours.

Watermelon -we made a fruit salad inside of ours. I ment to put a face on the outside but ran out of time!
Chili peppers (gummy ones) :

walnuts
sunflower seeds
Cherry juice
Stuffed mushrooms and cherries were other foods we wanted to have but we could not find them at our grocery store..
Jellobrain!
Here is a link to the mold:

I absolutely suck at making cakes. So I was going to at least try and make it look similar to the lawn from the game and use different shades of green. ran out of time.
Bought the toys for the cake off ebay. I think they are bootleg ones though.
Party hats: We really wanted to buy little practice cones to make hats but decided it was cheaper to just get orange party hats. I couldn't find any at my usual shops so I just painted party hats orange.

It was really hard finding seeds this time of year!
I think my husband and I had just as much fun planning/prepping for this party as the kids had at the party! I hope people find some of our ideas helpful for their own parties! I would also love to see links to other people's Plants vs Zombies party ideas!
Now when are they going to release Plants vs Zombies 2 to other devices/computers!
