I've changed my mind about facebook. Its too useful a tool to allow mere privacy concerns to stop me from using it.

Access to the vast horde of facebook users is its own benefit - especially if your work involves a community engagement and development angle.

Heh, spose it's the same reason I had an account.
This makes FB more "current fashion" than "useful tool".

They deleted my account recently,
because I refused to identify myself
(presumably, I mean, they never notified me about it),
and I can't seem to make the effort to rejoin.
I found it to be neither social nor a network.
