i applied for three jobs in portland, oregon, on some sort of potentially hilarious crazy whim.

then i made pumpkin soup with matchballs.

my mommie will be so proud of me!

Oh man I love Match Meats so much! I have some crab in the freezer still waiting to be used.

mmmm I have not tried the crab. So far just the ground beef and the italian sausage. This was the beef one, but I added my own delicious sausagie spices.

I just discovered them this fall, and wow. I'm amazed. And maybe a little terrified.

And excited for leftovers tonight!

I actually have only tried the crab and sausage! I thought about getting the chicken to make thanksgiving turkey with but it seemed like too much work!
