Unless you're in violation of a lease, I can't fathom why you wouldn't move... it sounds pretty serendipitous

But it's going to take RJ an hour to get to class.

People often talk about how lucky it is that we live right next to a metrolink station right now, and I like to point out to them that it was no accident. We moved here because we use the train and we like living close to it. I feel like people who complain about how the train doesn't near their house... need to move if they want to use it that badly. St. Louis isn't going to magically build another train line overnight.
