ok, so i really like my job. i like the people and i like what i do. i just hate being on call. you know when you are on the schedule but not really on cause you'll only go in if they need you. well thats what my schedule has been like pretty much so far. i hate being on call cause every time i call in, they dont need me. very annoying. they dont

give it time. you're not gonna find anything right away. giving up isn't going to get you anywhere. people take different times to find jobs. give it time.
