Looking for Travel Tips LV and France

OK, we're going to LV for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. Going to see the Blue Man Group, and Defending the Caveman. NO Cirque this time. Any suggestions for something you'd go back to see again

Castles - both have lots of information you can Google

Guedelon is south of Paris and is currently being built by re-enactors using period tools and techniques.

Chenonceau is in the Loire Valley and was spared during the French revolution. It's got an interesting history.
