I don't think that's sad, I think it's kinda cute. *I* have however panicked when I couldn't find my phone and realized I have no land line to use to try and call to find my phone! Do I drive over to my dad's house, and tell him to start calling my number every 10 minutes until I pick up? Thankfully, I've managed to retrace my steps each time and haven't actually had to resort to that.
