Georgia Trip 2009
All in all dad and I had a great trip to Georgia to see his family. He truly seemed to enjoy the trip and loved having a chauffeur! We went to Lookout Mountain on the way down and Rock City on the way back. The only bad time came during our last night on the road. "I am sorry for the shower water break situation. This was not something planned nor predictable. What happened this time is not same is what happened last instance. Look like this time some one who stayed in the room prior to you had loosened the shower knob valve cover and that caused the break when your dad was taking the shower. The last time it happened was actual plumbing failure. Actually, we have a good maintenance staff and good preventative maintenance program in place. Still it can not prevent this kind of issues all the time.
Regardless, we are really sorry for the inconvenience and trouble you and your dad had to go through. As a token of compensation, I would like to offer 25% discount on your next stay with us so that you can experience our hotel and know that what happened was an anomaly.
