Nah...that's crap. You don't become more limited, you become less so. You can do whatever the fuck you want. Always remember that. Just because you have a degree that says you spent 4 (okay, 5) years on something does NOT mean that you can't turn around and decide to do something else. All it hopefully means is that you're smart enough to eventually figure out what you DO want to do, and make an honest run of it. College is about learning...learning who you are, what you like, and what you don't like (which can often be what you thought you wanted to spend your life doing) and sometimes you find something you didn't think you liked all that much or were that good at, and suddenly it's the coolest idea you ever had. Don't close the door on anything, honey. College is throwing open all the doors and windows you can find, typically ones you never knew were there, and going back and forth as much or as little as you want. Go for it, and have a great time.
