Yay for awesome people. I'm really glad that I haven't let myself latch on to a group yet, because I keep meeting really cool people and I can choose who I want to hang out with. The names are awesome: Griffin, Gio, Leo, Nado, Allistair, Caldwell, Martina, and on and on. Today was good, we went into downtown Boston, looked around, came back, saw ( Read more... )

Yay for Intro to International Relations!!!!!!!!!!! I loved my International Studies/Relations class in college. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I'm glad to hear things are going so well for you! Mind you, I'm jealous of you walking around Boston in the cold, though. ;-)

BTW, on Sunday, Oct. 1 (since we should arrive early enough to unload on Saturday), we're going to the Body Worlds exhibit at the Museum of Science and you're invited! Trey and I are both dorks and are dying to see the exhibit (they're immaculately preserved human cadavers), so we're going in the morning, then having lunch downtown and then we have to take Trey and Tory to the airport to fly home. The group for the MOS will be me, Mama, Trey, Tory and hopefully you and my friend Dana - who is excited about helping us shop for winter gear! She's the friend I told you about who grew up in the north. Enough of the novel - I can't wait to see you!

Sounds good! As far as I know, I won't be doing anything, but I'll let you know if something comes up. The exhibit sounds amazing. Keep in touch!

Hey! I just got off the phone with you, but you're still the center of my thoughts, so of course here I am on your LJ, ecstatic to see two updates I haven't read.

I feel the same way about being always reminded of you. Today at work when I was taking my break, guess what was on? My Best Friend's Wedding. Guess what part it was almost at? "The moment I wake up..." I stayed in the breakroom a few minutes extra to hear it.
