My life is a run-on sentence right now

I feel so fucking useless today even though the past couple of days have been a blur of work, and today probably won't be any different since I've been putting off this research paper for international relations, and it's finally caught up to me so now I'm writing about the causes (using some variation of hegemonic and/or security dilemma theory)
