As some of you may know, I work in a criminal court for a living. It can mostly be boring as shit and it isn't particularly stimulating at the best of times. Its a living though and it MOSTLY does what I ask of it. I don't really have room to complain about it however too much seeing as finding decent work given the current nationwide dearth of

I think the Court is p much a GIANT version of the licquor store. We had a defendant in the other day turn up late for his trial because he'd downed a litre of red wine that morning arf. When he was taken down to the cells to go sober up, he turned to the judge and, with absolute sincerity and a truly endearing degree of honesty, said to him 'I do apologise for being late your Honour. I was just intoxicated'.

I thought it was rather sweet.
