Yes, in my experience, Vietnamese food is gorgeous. Better than Korean food, by a long shot ^_^ But I don't know about Cambodian.. Anyway, enjoy your travels!

Cambodia food is kinda like Thai food Ithink. It's actually note asy toget because so many tourist resturants are like a fusion of Chinese, Cambodian and Western food. I think fish is hte most authentic dish you can get and I don't eat fish.
