Do you have a date for moving in yet? I love the idea of having a shop and living above it :)
I've just ordered loads of unusual dried herbs online this afternoon and am going to have a go at making a 'salve' - with some cheap almond oil and cocoa butter that I bought on e-bay - I can't begin to imagine what it will turn out like, but it'll be enjoyable to try :)
That is a gorgeous photo! I'm glad Socks is doing okay. I am so happy spring is coming. My favorite time of the year. It's supposed to be pretty warm here today so I am hoping to get outside and play in the dirt.
Thanks - it's the only one we have of the garden with snow, so I thought I'd better scan it in before it got lost.
Yes, I'm the same, I've just been waiting so long for spring - it's my favourite too. I spent my first hour in the garden this afternoon and it's uplifting to see lots more new growth. Hope you do manage to get outside too :)
Thanks Paul. Poor old Socks - he was starting to resemble a pin cushion with all the injections he's had this past week. Not nice at all, but he's here now curled up in his little doughnut shaped bed and looks quite happy. He's waving at Fur-Eddie :)

How's your weather today? It's been so mild here, at last, the first day my feet haven't been cold for ages! I hope you get some time in your garden this weekend to make up for your stressful week. Did you get the mosquito out of your eye??
I am inside because it is hot right now.. above 80, and taking a break to type up what I have done/seen so far. I will get back out in it later this evening.
Nope.. still have mosquito parts in my eye. I will try and rinse really well when I shower tonight.
I've never been any good having photos taken, and it seems even worse now I'm older :) The site is coming along, but we've been limited with input from the managers/partners there and it's hard to know whether they really like it, or what they want to do with it.
Socks is so up and down - yes, it does break your heart, you're quite right. Particularly as he is so soft and sensitive.

I'm SO glad to hear that Socks made it through this latest crisis. Poor little guy... Just breaks your heart, doesn't it.
