Very much a first attempt and I am looking to find something that converts or compresses the files while retaining the quality. Doug who replied to this post is trying Quicktime Pro, so I'm thinking I'll pay out and give it a go.

One of my work friends used to call me Sierra - I never quite worked out why, but it sort of stuck.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video; I'm still experimenting, with varying levels of success. Another LJ friend has sent me some software to compress the files, but I haven't got to grips with it yet.
