Good stuff! Where is the Wonderwall animation from? Show/episode?

As for size, I run into the problem all the time. I either reduce the size of the image, remove frames, or sacrifice image quality. All things I hate to do, but until we get to play with more than 40k, I don't know what else to do.

the wonderwall animation is from NCIS ... the epi is called "Twilight"

To reduce the size, you can either make the animations smaller, deleted some frames and optimize the color, ie. change 256 colors to 128 colors or reduce the "lossy" part of the animation
