Germs

I dislike being sick - but the ?fun? part of this job is when one person gets sick, they leave their germs in their squad and the next lucky person catches what the first person had, and then leaves more germs in that squad and in the next squad they take. I got two words for you... alcohol gel and Clorox wipes. Seriously. In particular, wipe stuff other people touch frequently, like the door handles, steering wheel and radio.

Use the alcohol gel on your hands before and after you do anything.

You don't have to turn into Mr. Monk, but trust me, I had to do that when I worked in Home Health and we all shared a desk, phone and john when we were running in and out from visits. This time of year is filled with the plague.

Yah, it's amazing how dirty our steering wheels and computers are especially after using something to wipe them down. I do admit that sometimes I am lax in doing my daily cleaning... probably why I'm sick now. :)

*sips happily at soup* I enjoy a good homemade chicken soup... yumm, with fresh baked bread... Now I'm hungry. :)

I just want to know where we can get a helicopter like that one the cop has in that commercial...
