Too cold to stand outside and direct traffic for 2 hours! Current air temp is -12 degrees F, I think the Sgt said the air temp was -8 when we were directing traffic. The seller did accept my offer and now I'm moving ahead with the process. Closing has been set for March 26th and the inspection is Feb 8th.

So far so good!
