Yeah - Yellow Light of Death while watching BSG. Either the GPU or CPU came unsoldered from the motherboard, apparently. I got the disc out, at least, and GameStop's accepting it back from me for no charge, since it's one of theirs.

That's...kind of amazing. I hadn't heard of that before, though I'm not totally surprised. I initially think that older systems were better made, but then I remember stories of having to blow into cartridges and I had to run my PS1 upside down so...yeah.
