That looks like a pretty good rig overall. If it was me, I'd get a GIGARAM, or if you can't afford 1gb, get 1 512mb so you can upgrade later on to a gig. 2x256 is shooting yourself in the foot for a later upgrade.

I'd also go with the 6800GT over SLI 6600's, just because it'd be less complex and SLI only works on specific games that the drivers are written for. The 6800 is like $370 for a PCI-E card, so I guess you'd save a bit going for dual 6600s. *shrug* Either one would be fine, I spose.

But the memory, totally go with a 512 stick.
