Ok, so I know Soccer_Mom (my future boss) is not down with weepy entries about my brother leaving for college, but I feel it--so all of it is going to splinter onto the screen like a car crash ( Read more... )

you're such a beauty. I notice the pot in the background, can I have it... ;)

I collect oriental items like actual pots, china, artwork etc etc etc... I'm quite the semi-enthusist and I'm obsessed with dragons. =)

did I mention you're such a beauty?

Oh! You flatter me!
Thank you so much...this picture looks like I'm drugged out, though.
Yeah, my mother is really into antiques--we have a few from the Ming dynasty.
In fact, that plate on top of the Entertainment center (you can only see a part of it) is literally older than Jesus!

I was refraining for sometime...but you must underdtand (slaps the inside-elbow vigorously), I am a total NPR junkie. The Hurricaine Charile reference and timing are really something.

I love/envy your relationship with your brother. I have two half brothers. Does that make a (w)hole?

I love coming home from work and reading your daily entry.

Yeah, isn't that wonderful?
When I heard that the hurricane's name was Charlie you don't know how excited I was!
Two half-brothers definately make two brothers.
Lucky you!
I'm glad you like reading my entries--I try to make them interesting.
But, um--now that school is starting, I hope that I don't start to slack off.

I'm glad you have a good connection with your brother. I hate my brother. He's a dick. I'd rather put his head on a pointy stick of death than shake his hand.

There was a small teeny tiny earthquake in my town like 2 years ago. Middle of Texas and we get a quake. Funny to me

Nice green shoes. ......I think I have some like that.

**walks off singing "jingle bells"** dolphin meat dolphin meat - natures greatest treat. Oh what a treat it is to eat that damn damn dolphin meat.

You shouldn't hate your brother!
I figured in this crazy world, all we have is each other.

He lives an hour away - we see him one every 4 years. He never calls my dad on Father's Day, Birthdays, Veterans Day, Christmas, etc. NEVER! Nothing. He came by one day a few years ago - he thought I was still 12.

He's a jackass

I'm sorry to hear that.
I guess that you don't need someone like that in your life anyway.
I just hope it all works out for the best in the end.
Here's to wishful thinking!
