I had fun with my first rounds of eBay sales, too. Spending my profits all on under-estimated shipping and such. I'm sorry it turned out so bad for ya. If you do try it again, just be so utterly honest about it's condition that they know exactly what they are bidding on!

Say, why is the guy with a LJ SexJournal handing out advice to a future barister?!? Sorry, saw a soap box and went for it... :)

ebay is a totally different creature than law. it's like the black market compared to the stock market. i've learned this the hard way.
and--i could always use advice from Dr. Beta.

Not that you have a closet full of sales, but if you do don't let this one experience close you off to the idea. I've made some good sales on eBay and highly recommend it. However, this was a pretty horrible experience and the LJ community won't frown down on you for sticking to yard sales...

I'm sorry I haven't really read this entry, but I was scanning through and saw that picture. It's freakin awesome. I absolutly love it. And I'm not saying this to just flirt. That picture is amazingly beautiful. I wish people here could post more pic with this kind of beauty in them.

Why deal with real life when this one is so much better. Well, maybe that's not exactly the best philosophy, but hey, we do injoy this one quite a bit.
