The night before I was to travel down to New York to see Carmen at the MET, there was an accident directly behind my house on Rt. 62. Car versus signpost. I heard -screech-THUD- and then HONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNK... as the horn had gotten stuck in the accident. This all happened at about 2:30am and woke me from a sound sleep. After I figured out what it was, the police were already there. Ambulance went away (Emerson Hospital is about 1/4 mile from my house) but the clean-up crews took until well after 5:30am and they started playing rather loud music around 4:00 so I couldn't get back to sleep. I wonder if you can call the police on the police?
