A nice cheddar
Brie
Mushroom brie
Cambozola (a wonderful blue brie)

You can buy any of these in various sized wedges. I can't imagine having any left after a wine and cheese party.

Something like a Boursin should satisfy your herby cream cheese taste, too.

I'd serve with water crackers and sliced baguette, but we don't have any food allergies.
