Hm, I have A LOT of favorite books, since I read a ton. "Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers" by Mary Roach is an absolute gem (yes I'm a nerd :P ). But, there are two books that I can go back and read over and over, and there is NO possible way for me to pick between them. Haha, you're right both characters DID get pretty watered down! And really, couldn't they have afforded to give Gerard's pretty Scottish ass a more ghoulish facade than that 'sunburn'? Sheesh...and WHAT in Leroux's name happened to hit Red Death outfit in that movie, hmm?

Although I admit, Disney's hunchback DID have some awesome music ;)

I never knew you were a fan of those novels! Do you like Les Miserables?
