and the bird lady reminds me very much of egon schiele´s work, do you know him? his drawings are very interesting...

What don't you like about the textile drawing? Just curious, because it looks pretty perfect to me! The smaller white swans, if you look at them at a glance, look like camellia flowers, which I love! The green is a lovely touch of color against the whites and pinks...makes the palette more fresh or something, like not quite overly feminine (as could happen when using a lot of pink).

Sorry I haven't written back, but I don't think I can have a postcard design for you by March! My birthday party planning + being sick + 2 interviews for school that I have to prepare for are going to consume most of the rest of this month and next. I'm sorry! But I did open that little gold tissue package you dated for me to open on my birthday and I am just so excited! I have to buy a pretty antique frame for it, it's as pretty in person as I imagined.

I think the textile turned out great. I've been wanting to draw crystals myself for a few months, but have had no time. It's nice to see yours here!
