[LOCKED AGAINST OSTA]
Good evening. As many of you should be aware by now, my name is Jade Curtiss--Commander and Colonel are both correct, but either way, please call me Jade. This entry is filtered against those of OSTA, so I will take this opportunity to discuss the Veil Union's goals with the rest of you all. My thanks to Cpt. Kobayashi for

Was there ever a point where you intended to tell me about your intention of turning Atlantis into the new home base of ANTI v2!?
And so help me, if the words "You didn't need to know" show up...
…
Just note this. The Atlantis Expedition is a mostly civilian outfit. These people are there to learn about our ancestors and their lifestyle and technological achievements. And you, Colonel Jade Curtiss of the Veil Union, would be asking them to abandon that ( ... )

Time and location within one world is tangible from all points. Threads and paths lead to every point and every point leads to every other point. It's a mess. A tangly ball of... stuff.
But then you put it side by side by side by side indefinately. Infinitely. It's contiuous. Neverending. Some universe are created by different atmospheres and situations. Some universes are created by the single decision made by one person. Just one. Human, martian, raxacoricofallipatorian, autons, gelth... giant maggots even.
But the point is this. The universe, or multiverse in this case, is fragile. Malleable. It reacts to everything alive within it. Which is brilliant. But I'm getting distracted ( ... )

Don't you get it?
It's because they're humans. Don't you see that as being enough? Humans can survive through anything! Most of the people native to Weisdia that I've seen are human.
But that's what makes them so great! They're just amazingly resilient and will fight, fight, and fight to see their home survive. I'd even go as far as to say that the race itself is far tougher than the worlds they live on.
It's just brilliant.

I'm not very familiar with "magnus" technology and would rather Xelha come with me. Maybe someone else as well...as you probably noticed in the Netzak incident, I'm not very...useful on foot.

[Of course, there's the small problem of Xelha being on vaycay right now, though she'll be back by the eighth. If worst comes to worst, we can try hand-waving it and saying there were no problems on Aya's end.]

[OOC: I'd love to say I'll be around, since I just got back, but... I'll be leaving Friday again for another week. I'll touch base with you tomorrow, since I'm as sick as a dog right now. x_x]

[OOC: Nuts. Maybe we should just background the retrieval scene instead of making a log out of it?]

As for our research, I haven't had a chance to look at it quite yet, but I intend to as soon as possible. I figure, though, that Yuan can keep at his zombie researching, since he seems to be making some progress there, but since there are so many others working on that particular issue, I want to direct most of my attention elsewhere.
I am currently on the search for a biologist, especially one who's studied monsters of any variety, to work with me on a hunch I had. Once I get one, I'm pretty sure I can come up with a way to eliminate large numbers of monsters at once.
As well as that, my homeworld has tons of extra warp portals lying around, and I'm pretty sure they can be converted to function interworld, if we tweak them right. I figure, having a few portals that aren't controlled by OSTA might be handy.

Yuan... I remember speaking with him before. I shall keep that in mind. On the other matter, I am acquainted with a few scientists in my world, including perhaps one or two biologists. What is this hunch of yours, so I may pass along the message?
...Do you? It's funny you bring that up, Torn; I mentioned that in a message I had locked to Veil Union members only. Perhaps we were simply thinking the same thing. As befits a pair of leaders, hmm?

Alright. First off, I don't think destroying OSTA is as important as finding a cure for the fog and getting rid of the zombies and monsters. I also don't think sending the monsters and such back to Weisdia is a very good plan. After all, OSTA may be there, but lots of innocent people are there too, people who won't want to get booted off their home planet just because of some group of idiots' mistakes. I think finding an empty world, one already destroyed for some reason or another, would be a better choice. Then it wouldn't hurt anyone. Except the monsters and zombies, of course. Heh ( ... )

2) They are both things, and signs point to yes, these problems originated with Weisdia. There was an anonymous post a while back of information from OSTA, which you may find here. Judging by the text format at the end, it may be reasonably assumed that the information came from Audrey, who was originally OSTA's spokeswoman and has disappeared after OSTA's attack on Nhode. That piece of information and others, I strongly recommend you read about here3) That cannot be helped. Where there is something forbidden, there will be people who try to touch it merely to satiate their curiosity. It's for this reason that I'm not ( ... )
